WHEN STARZ DINER opened its doors in Charminster in October 2008, it was the realisation of a dream for owner, Les Parodi and his sons Milan and Calum.
By combining inspiration from both his time spent in America (playing football with Pele and Bobby Moore, no less) along with his son Calum's passion for anything Hollywood, Starz American Diner was born, and with it one of Bournemouth's hottest restaurant and bar.
Calum's overwhelming love of the movies, Milan's astute marketing sense and Les' emphasis on customer service has certainly paid off. The result is a fun, buzzing diner during the day and a sensational evening experience at night, and the place just gets busier and busier. |
